Partner Provider: As a Pay1 Partner Provider, you have control over your clients’ and their processing requirements. We provide you with the training to use our online services, and we stand by you to answer any questions or provide information as needed. As a Pay1 Partner Provider, we bill you for your clients’ usage at a reduced rate.

As a Pay1 Partner Provider, you and your clients are entitled to:

  • Free Direct Deposit
  • Ability to Print Your Own Checks
  • Synchronization with State* and Federal Tax Payment Portals  (i.e. E-filing) *most states are electronically synchronized. For the states without electronic access, forms are available for download.

  • Flat-fee Monthly Pricing Structure allows the flexibility to provide payroll checks and direct deposit as necessary (no additional fees)

Referral Partner: A Pay1 Referral Partner is a person or firm that refers his/her clients to Pay1 for payroll processing. Under this arrangement, Pay1 provides full technical, service, and informational support directly to your clients.
