S = Service. This is the nucleus of our passion and philosophy. We do not sell any products and therefore, we need to be the best in providing service. We want to be the best in our industry to serve the SMB market.
T = Technical knowledge. This includes, knowledge in accounting, tax, payroll and taxation, as well as in technologies that apply to SMBs. Pay1 offers leading technology as a part of the payroll solution for SMBs.
E = Efficiency. This is the core of our rendering; without efficiency the other two factors listed above (S&T) would not make any sense. Because the nature of our business deadline driven, we need to be efficient in providing the service and be well versed in operational and technical knowledge.
P = Professionalism. Everything we do is judged based on professional standards. This coincides with the other three factors mentioned above (S, T & E). We may provide the best service, possess sound technical knowledge and also be efficient, but if we do not render these in a professional manner, we may not earn the respect of our clients and peers.
